At WhatHeWants, we pledge our commitment to serve you with the best customer service possible! Sometimes hiccups do happen but we endeavour to do our best at all times!  we’ll be glad to replace the item on a one to one replacement or refund!

We strive for our customers utmost satisfaction and carry only the best quality and value products. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 10 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be un-opened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.

If you have suffered from an allergic reaction medical evidence must be provided such as a doctors certificate.

We do not issue returns for poor choice.
