• Twist cap to unlock/lock.
• Massage into wet hair.
• Rinse. Repeat.

2.FIT Active Conditioner 250ml

• Twist cap to unlock/lock.
• Massage into damp hair. Leave for 1-3 minutes.
• Rinse.

3.FIT Keep Thick (Scalp Serum)250ml

• Twist cap to unlock/lock.
• Gently massage 50p-sized amount into clean, damp hair.
• Use morning and night, before sleep and after workout, sport or shower
